When your order leaves us
Orders placed before 2pm CST on a business day are processed and handed to the carrier the same day. Anything after that cut off, or at a weekend, goes out the next business day.
Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays.
How long delivery takes
Once it has shipped, delivery takes 4 to 8 business days. That’s on top of processing, so a Tuesday morning order typically lands somewhere between the following Monday and Thursday.
Carriers occasionally run slower in December and around public holidays. If your tracking hasn’t moved in five business days, email us and we’ll chase it.
Tracking
You’ll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan the parcel in, so don’t worry if the link is quiet at first.
If anything goes astray
Late, damaged or missing, contact us with your order number and we’ll sort it from our end. We deal with the carrier so you don’t have to.
