Refund policy

<p>Thirty days from the day your order arrives, opened or not.</p>
<p>If you change your mind, email <a href="mailto:help@undertoneskin.store">help@undertoneskin.store</a> with your order number and we will refund you in full. You do not need to send the tube back.</p>
<p><strong>Damaged or wrong item</strong><br>Contact us with your order number and we will replace it or refund you. Do not send anything anywhere until you have spoken to us.</p>
<p><strong>Refunds</strong><br>Once approved, we refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to post it.</p>
<p><strong>European Union 14 day cooling off period</strong><br>If your order ships into the EU you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, in addition to the above.</p>
