Track your order

Your tracking link is emailed to you the moment your order leaves us. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder first — that is where it usually is.

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after the email lands. That is the carrier scanning the parcel in, and it is normal.

If your tracking has not moved in five business days, email us with your order number and we will chase the carrier for you. You do not have to do that part yourself.
